A New Home!

Well, after weeks of negotiating...we have come to an agreement with our homebuilder. It is official, we will be building a new house! We are very excited to have more space and new amenities. We go in tomorrow to sign the final contract after some changes were made, and I am not sure when the whole process gets started after that. They say once they break ground it is about 140 days (almost 5 months) to finish. Of course they are honest to say that sometimes it takes longer. We are hoping to be in by September in time to be settled for Drew's birthday in October and the holidays. We are already making our list of "must haves" when we move in. New bedroom furniture for us, office furniture, add the top part to the play storage system for the game room, blinds, fridge, and oh the list goes on! We are trying to get our money save on now so we can have a good amount of savings for all those things! Here is another picture of the house. We will be adding a tin roof over the french doors to the study and will have different brick and stone colors on ours.
