10 Months Old!

10 months old, I can't believe how big you are getting. Only 2 more months till you are 1 year old, the times goes oh so quickly!

Let's see, over the past month mommy has started to give you formula for 2 of your 4 feedings during the day. I still nurse you in the morning when you wake and in the evenings before bedtime, but you are now getting 2 bottles a day. You had your first bottle of formula on August 16th and you did great with the very first one. When you had your 9 month doctor appointment, you were anemic so mommy got better about feeding you meats and green veggies, as well as the iron supplement you get in your juice most days. You still have cereal and a fruit for breakfast, now you have a chicken or turkey with an orange veggie for lunch, and a beef and green veggie for dinner. I have let you try some puffs and some deli chicken but you aren't too fond of the texture of big people food yet...we will keep trying.

You are not crawling or pulling up yet, you are just so happy to sit and play with toys, you don't seem very motivated to get around yet. You also still have NO teeth! You are chewing and drooling on everything in sight though.

You are still a super easy going baby girl :) even when it is naptime or bedtime and we still have you out, you are very happy. I have learned not to go anywhere in the car without your blankie though, and if you have that and your paci you stay very content. The only time you cry is when mommy or daddy walk out of your sight, you do.not.like it at all! Also, when we sit you in the high chair to eat, you are ready to start eating immediately! You get very frustrated that we still have to get your food ready when you are hungry!

You haven't said any words yet but you are babbling more and more. You now curl your tongue up, I think you are starting to realize you can make all sorts of sounds.

You and Drew play amazingly well together. You both love on each other all the time and it is so sweet to watch :)

My Two Angels

It feels like I never find the time to sit down and blog anymore except when it comes to Camden's monthly updates. I am so busy updating the facebook world on my daily routine that I forget that I should sit down to journal and share some pictures of these two sweet angels that I have been blessed with. Last week was a long one...I had a migraine for 3 days and Will was out working late on two of those nights. But, this weekend I have enjoyed every single second with these two munchkins'!

Drew is the most amazing 2 1/2 year old. The things he remembers and says just simply amaze me. Tonight we were closing up all the shutters on the windows and it was dark outside (we had friends over for dinner and then to the park, so by the time we got out of the bath it was almost 9) and he showed me our 'reflections' in the glass. I couldn't believe he remembered such a big word...I don't even remember the last time that we talked about 'reflections', such a smarty I tell ya!
Camden is just the happiest, sweetest baby girl ever. She is hardly ever upset (except when big bro loves on her a little too hard) and she is always smiling and happy. She is going through a little bit of stranger anxiety lately though, she likes her mama in sight!
